This customer packs plastic lids into random size cases for distribution. They were in need of a Case Sealer to replace an older competitor model that continually broke down causing personnel complaints and downtime in production. In addition, the machine would have to be able to handle 24-hour shifts 5-7 days per week and work consistently to maximize their uptime. The MARQ HPR Case Sealer was their ultimate solution.
Requirements:

¨ Mesh guarding with switches to disengage power/air when door is opened to provide maximum operator safety protection.
¨ 480V 3 Phase Electrical to accommodate the existing production line electrical system.
